EXCHANGING YOUR TICKETS
Have your plans changed? Are you no longer available to attend on your performance date?
Ticket exchanges may be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. All exchanges must be for the same production.
All ticket holders are responsible for the difference in cost if exchanging to a more expensive performance. There is a $3 exchange fee per order for regular seats. This fee is waived for Subscribers.
Our Box Office will do their best to seat you in the same seats, or the best available at the time the exchange is processed. However, your seats (or similar) cannot be guaranteed in the event of an exchange.
Whenever you can’t make it to a show, return your tickets to the Box Office so that another theatre goer can attend a show!
HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE
Any payment will need to be processed at the time of the exchange. A representative will contact you for payment in the event of Email or Form exchanges.
